lifestyle in America

i wanna to ask you about lifestyle in America. Is it like movie tells us, is it usual if a couple kissing in a crowded area ?

    Movies are usually exaggerations. For example, life in America is not like life in American Pie. Comedy movies exaggerate real life in order to be funny.

    But to answer your question, yes. It is not unusual for couples to have "public displays of affection"(PDA) like holding hands or kissing each other on the cheek. Usually couples do not passionately kiss each other in public, although it sometimes happens.

    rofl, if America's life is like the one in American Pie, the world's dead!

    but, still, I think American people often do kissing, not in public area though >.>

    I should talk with my Uncle and Aunt for this, they lived in America before, and my Uncle is from America, so he should know the lifestyle there :D

    Wow ... an excellent topic I think..
    it is simple but gives a deep meaning..
    Actually, we can't conclude American's lifestyle just from their movie.
    It is just drawing the condition of certain groups of Americans.
    And, we can see American's lifestyle in other aspects...
    For Instance,their political environent, their condition of economics, or their culture.
    For kissing's lifestyle in public places.
    I respect it , it is their rights.
    But for some certain people, it might be considered as something impolite.
    So,This is the importance of globalisation

    I've heard from a newspaper there's a junior highschool which all the girls are agreed to pregnant together jeez...

    Until now, I never heard that someone was being prisoned (or at least being caught by the police) because they are gay.... So, don't you think that being a gay/lebian are legal in here??

    Still, so many free sex...
    I think, Indonesia-especially Papua- also facing the same problem...

    I agree with DMG about the Papua, but don't you think it's because the security there are not as tight as Java?

    Being a gay or a lesbian here is fine, but because it is not legalized, many people will feel it is strange to see a gay/lesbian..
