Everybody loves their mother, including me actually.Because she has taken care us before our birth .She always protects us , love us,but we are doing a bad thing to her. This is a poem about mother that I found in my last holiday. It is meaningful to me ...
Mother of Mee
My Mother
My Mother takes care of me when I was little
Pamper me too much
Never want anyone to take me for granted
Watches my little ass when I was little
Carried me on her back
Take me out to places
Work hard for my up bringing
Till when I reached the 16th ageI never care
I have a mother
I stay out their till midnight
Never think if I have a home
I have forgotten;
when I use to cry if mother don’t stay behind me
when I don’t allow people to carry me but mother alone
when I want to go wherever mother want to goI have forgotten……
Mother query’s me of all these
Tells me she love me more than the way I love myself
How are u doing to ur Mother?
Tell somebody……

I like that you started a thread about your Mom. I am really close to my Mom. In fact, I consider her one of my best friends. I can talk to her about anything. Since I am so far away from her right now, we try to talk at least once a week for 1-2 hours.
ReplyDeleteAh.... Cheating.... You are copying!!!
ReplyDeleteBut I really like this...
Hope it's useful for the others.

Oooops... It is from Reynald XII A2/07 again...
ReplyDeleteI am always forget. Sorry
Isn't the title is wrong?
ReplyDeletehero:
1. A man of great courage and nobilty, esp. one wh is considered a model or ideal
2. the primary male character of a play, poem, story, or novel
3. in mithology, a male figure who achieves great deeds or is regarded as a god
I think, it's better to use heroine..
heroine:
1. A woman of heroic character or deeds
2. the primary female charcter in a play, poem, story, or novel
DMG
XIIA2-29
Woww...I'm amazed with Andreas' ability to analyze the words...ha ha ha...
ReplyDeleteMother is my hero...I like the title...
Not just like it,I feel it in my real life too...
Mother's love is too much in my life, then I can't replied it with anything in the world....
"Even the world is not enough... "
-James Bond-
I keep trying to help my mother's work,as in holiday...I help her in my parents' store...
I even see my mother cry for me...
I love her..."too much"...

ReplyDeleteHero is actually okay. You are right that the precise word is "heroine," but people now use "hero" in everyday language to refer to both men and women :)
