Romance of The Three Kingdoms

Have you see a movie called Battle of The Red Cliff?? If no-I suggest you to see that awesome movie. It tell one of the most Important battle in the era of the three kingdom, The Battle of Chi Bi.

Three kingdom is an era between the period of Han dinasty and Jin dinasty, that happened about 150-250 A.C. in China. The story told us about Liu Bei, an mat-maker, who finally become an emperor because of his kindness, his charima, and his skills to recruit talented people. Now, let me tell you a little about the stories.

That time, Han Dinasty had its worst time. The government is full of corruption. Even, there are 10 kasim(I'm sorry, I don't know what are they called in english.. kasim is someone who had been castrated...) who make the emperor as a doll-emperor, so they can do whatever they want using the emperor's name. Of course, the Dukes in China soon knows that, and make a coallition to save the emperor. They didn't manage to save the emperor. However, a man named Dong Zhuo appear, and he finally save the emperor. Unfortunately, this Dong Zhuo also a bad guy-even worse than the 10 'kasim', and like them, he uses the emperor to fulfill his desire.

One day,when he was selling mat, Liu Bei unexpectedly met 2 guys who was fighting at a market. He found that both of those guys had an enormous power. Their name is Guan Yu and Zhang Fei. After stopped the fighting, he told them thet if they had such strenght, they should register as soldiers, and make deeds for their country. Touched by Liu Bei's charisma, the three of them made a promise, that they'll join the military, and they will try o save the Han Dinasty from devastation. Beside that promise, they also become oath-brothers. They say this words"though we weren't born in the same day, as a brothers, we hope that we can die in the same day" Then, they started their long journey....(because it's too long, I think if you want to know the story, you should read it yourself-but don't woory, their journey is very interesting, since they met a lot of people, they fight some rebellions, etc...). In this journey, he met a warrior named Zhao Yun, who soon become one of his best general. he also make an acquintance with Cao Cao, one of the Higest Han General. Unfortunately, this guy had a bad heart. even, he often says,"before someone betrays me, it's better if I betray him first". He likes killing other people, just because he didn't like them, or because those people had a better talent than him.

After some complicated matters, now the emperor are saved by Cao Cao. But, like the other, this guy also usethe emperor to get what he wants. soon, he spread his hands all over the northern China. Liu Bei, knowing that Cao Cao is a bad guy, Liu Bei break his alliance with Cao Cao, and started to fight him. Liu Bei is a good leader, thus makes he got a lot of talented people as his general and minister. His soldier and his people are faithful to him. even, the civilians, like farmers, also loyal to him. This was caused by his kindness to all of them. He loves every single man in his country, and he always do a simple life. He like to help poor people, do inspection in the city by himself, etc. Unfortunately, Cao Cao's army has an enormous number. If both of those army were compared, one Liu Bei soldier must defeat more than 50 of Cao Cao's army if they want to win the battle. So, Liu Bei's army get a massive destruction. He an his army must fled from one country to another.

One day, after a veery loooong journey, Liu Bei arrived at a place named Long Zhong Port. There, he heard about someone that what unlimited talented named Zhuge Liang,The Sleeping Dragon. Zhuge Liang was still17 that time, but no one in that country didn't know his name. Even that he was well-known for his intelligence, he choose to do a simple life-farmer. But, knowing his ability, Liu Bei feel that it's a pity that such a talent couldn't be use maximally. so, he asked Zhuge Liang to become his strategist. This event is known as 'The Three Visits'.

After succeeded recruiting Liang, now Liu Bei started to fight back the Cao Cao. No more than half year after Liu Bei succeeded in recruiting Liang, Cao Cao invades his city. Liu Bei only have 5,000 soldiers, while Cao Cao's army had 100,000 soldiers. But with is tactics. Lian was able to defeat Cao Cao! This lose makes Cao Cao angry, and he sent another army, contain of 500,000 soldiers. Now, Liang can't give better option than abandon the city. So, they abandon the city with all of the civilians who voluntarily followed their leader.

After had a long escape, and after a lot of Liang's tactics(which always worked as he planned), finally Liu Bei's army arrived in the Southern China. He made an alliance with Sun Quan to fight Cao Cao's army. And this was known as Batlle of The Red Cliff, or The Battle of Chi Bi. in this fight, Liu Bei and Sun Quan's army had 50,000 men, while Cao Cao's 880,000 men. But, once again, Liang, together with Sun Quan tactician, Zhou Yu, makes an incredible tactics, such that they can destroy all of Cao Cao's army, and finally Cao Cao return only with 300 men, while Both Liu Bei and Sun Quan's army suffered much less than 10,000 men!

Then,Liu bei startes to concentrate thinking how to conquer the southwest and western China under his control. In this journey, he got new companionship, named Pang Tong, whose brain is as good as Liang. Unfortunately, Pang Tong made one huge mistakes when he made tactics, which finally killed him. Liu bei also get another 2 strong general, Huang Zhong and Ma Chao.
Then, he give a title for 5 best general that he had. He called them 'Five Tiger General', consist of Zhang Fei-The Ogre of Battle, Guan Yu-The Brave warrior, Huang Zhong-the old warrior(as you know, that time he was 90, but he still able to bring his heavy sword! what a spirit..), Zhao Yun- the faithful general, an Ma Chao-the Mighty warrior. after that, their name were known all over China, and, combined with Liang's incredible tactics, they can win almost all of the battles!

After Liu Bei's death, the kingdom met its devastation, due to the foolishness of Liu Chan, Liu Bei's son. When Zhuge Liang still alive, he can defend the kingdom, and even widen the kingdom's area. When Liang was alive, he can pressing the corruptor's action. Actually, he want to banished those kind of officer, but Liu Chan always protect them. That's why, after Liang's death, the kingdom was filled with corruption, and soon met its devastation...
