I am looking forward to reading what you post, comment, and link to this website. Be creative and have fun!
You can post:
· Questions about something we did in class
· English language movies, music, news, etc that you find interesting
· Discussion topics
· Comments and responses to other posts (including mine)
Everything you post must be appropriate. Do not post items that are lewd or disrespectful.
You must post 3 times between now and March 28th (your last day with me). However, every time you post, you will get blogging participation points toward your final grade in the class. At the end of the semester I will reward the top ten bloggers. This is just another opportunity for you to practice English!

Hello...it's me Calvin...
ReplyDeleteFirst time I see this blog,I just interested at the moment...till now,I never got a "lesson" using a web...it's very interactive for me...there is a lot of friend, and they are so active to post the comment, what they think about, opening a forum to take some suggestion with posting some strange but funny question...
I'm so amazed with this blog...it's a real act for me...ha ha ha...I say these words again...
I hope students can join this web and point out their opinion and so talent to speak with "written word" in this blog...
hope this for can be useful a lot for us...
Thanks Miss Rachel, what a creative teaching method I say...

ReplyDeleteIs slang like gonna ,ya , yer, and the other slang commonly use by people?
Can we use that in this blog?
Hi Miss.Rachel!
ReplyDeleteI'm Kaleb..you remember me,don't you??hehe..(;
I want to ask you some questions..hope for your reply soon..
1. If I sent a comment which contents just questions(like this comment),would I get the participation point?
2. The same question with Eric above, can we use the "slang words" in this blog?
3. Are those "Slang words" impolite to use in the real world or it doesn't matter?
4. What if some students in this blog sent comments which content is just taken from easy-copy-paste the contents in the other web?(can u get this question?)
5. I'm gonna ask you about Martin Luther King..beside that "black and white things",I've heard that MLK is famous with some other things which connected to the christian religion..is that true?
that's all my question..
Thank you..
Kaleb(XII Science 3 / 26)
